Oren Leff

Oren D. Leff is a Senior Counsel and Strategic Consultant for Air, Space & Emerging Technologies at Lexpat Global Services. A retired U.S. Air Force Colonel, Oren brings three decades of expertise at the intersection of law, business, and national security. As a senior General Counsel, he was the chief legal officer counseling organizations and leaders on government procurement, regulatory compliance, and risk management in complex environments. Oren specializes in advising on strategic development, designing and implementing cohesive lines of effort that drive organizational growth and goal attainment, and helping clients navigate the unique challenges of working internationally or with the federal government. He also helps clients overcome challenges in air and space operations, international negotiations, cyber law, intelligence oversight, and AI compliance. A certified mediator with semi-fluency in Russian, French, and Hebrew, Oren is a collaborative problem-solver who excels at bridging the gap between commercial interests and national security imperatives, positioning clients for success within the national security sector. He is a graduate of Vermont Law School and Lehigh University and is licensed to practice law in Massachusetts.
