Lynn Sicade

Lynn Sicade is a Senior Consultant for Corporate Due Diligence & Risk Management at Lexpat Global Services.  A distinguished authority on democracy, human rights, and multilateral engagement, Lynn is one of the most experienced voices shaping and leading U.S. policy on critical global issues including internet freedom, corporate accountability, and human rights diplomacy. During her 35-year U.S. State Department career, Lynn frequently represented the United States at the highest levels in the United Nations and other key international organizations. Lynn leverages her extensive diplomatic and policy expertise to provide strategic advice on implementing responsible business conduct and aligning corporate practices with established international standards such as the OECD Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises and the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights. Her unique insights help clients mitigate risk, ensure compliance, and build sustainable value in a changing global landscape. Lynn is a graduate of the University of California at Los Angeles School of Law and Biola University.
