Chalanouli Publishes Analysis of Chinese Lawfare

The Center on Law, Ethics and National Security at Duke University’s School of Law has published an article on China’s “legal operations” that Lexpat’s Nikoleta Chalanouli co-wrote with NATO SHAPE Legal Advisor Andres Munoz Mosquera. Mosquera and Chalanouli examine how China is methodologically leveraging the vocabulary and institutions of international law, human rights, and the rules-based international order in support of its propaganda agenda.
