Traldi Joins AU’s TLS as a Senior Fellow

  • On October 7, 2021
  • International Law, Investigations, Litigation, Technology, Traldi

Lexpat is proud to share that the Tech, Law, & Security Program at the American University Washington College of Law selected Senior Attorney-Consultant Arthur Traldi to be a Senior Fellow.

Led by decorated experts from government and private practice, TLS’s mission is to “tackle unresolved and cutting-edge legal and policy issues posed by emerging technology, to generate and disseminate innovative policy proposals and solutions, and to engage and train the leaders of tomorrow.”

TLS tackles the challenges that arise when technology, law, and security intersect. Its projects include a cross-cutting focus on emerging tech and AI, the protection of fundamental rights, and international engagement. It focuses on digital content regulation; cyber and information conflict; and issues at the intersection of privacy, transparency, and security.

Arthur’s role for TLS will focus on the use of technology in the investigation, litigation, and adjudication of international atrocity crimes.

“We are incredibly proud of Arthur for joining the prestigious team of fellows and staff at TLS,” said Lexpat’s Managing Director Adam Pearlman.  “This is just one more of his many well-earned accolades as an international lawyer and leader. In addition to being a top attorney, he is also an innovative thinker, and we look forward to seeing how he and TLS advance the use of technology to improve accountability of perpetrators and justice for victims.”
