Lexpat’s Founder, Adam Pearlman, is interviewed in the latest episode of Available Worldwide – a podcast produced by two U.S. Foreign Service spouses, discussing professional life and success overseas.  In this candid discussion, Pearlman talks about his career in government service before launching Lexpat, our firm’s origin and early successes, and the benefits and challenges to living and working overseas.

The podcast episode comes on the heels of Pearlman’s advocacy featured in the November 2023 issue of The Foreign Service Journal, in which he proposed policy changes to benefit the professional advancement of military and government spouses while deployed or posted overseas.  Lexpat prides itself on supporting military, Foreign Service, and other families who experience the inevitable hardships of frequent international moves.  What’s more, spouses of public servants both in and out of uniform bring a wealth of professional expertise, lived experience, language skills, and local and cultural knowledge and perspective that our clients greatly value.
