Since becoming one of Lexpat’s first affiliates, our Senior Consultant for Policy and Programs Dianna English has continued to prove her leadership in rule of law programming, development strategy, and international affairs.  An experienced foreign policy professional whose extensive public service included years in the State Department, National Security Council, and the Peace Corps, Dianna has been a consistent driver of client value and an overall pace-setter in Lexpat’s public sector services work.  Lexpat Co-Founder and head of our Public Sector Services Division Jane Ellen Paschall remarks, “Dianna is one of the most analytic and effective development professionals I have ever worked with.  A creative and critical thinker with vast experience in national security, foreign policy, and development, she is able to challenge conventional wisdom and devise new and innovative solutions for today’s most complex global challenges.”

Dianna’s record of success recently earned her three impressive recognitions from other respected organizations: in December, Dianna was named a National Security Fellow by the Truman National Security Project; in January she was approved for membership in TI Canada, the Canadian chapter of Transparency International, the renowned non-governmental anti-corruption organization; and this month she will become the newest Director of the Canadian International Council/Toronto Branch’s Board of Directors.  “Dianna’s recent recognitions are hard-earned and well-deserved!” observed Lexpat’s Founder and Managing Director, Adam Pearlman.  “We have been lucky enough to have her as a valued part of Lexpat’s team, nearly since Day 1.  From leading our strategic review of the International Institutional of Justice and Rule of Law alongside Nikoleta Chalanouli, to spearheading our work for Lawyers Without Borders, Dianna’s organizational and programmatic expertise have been valued by many of our clients, and she is an absolute pleasure to work with!”

Dianna’s work for Lexpat’s Public Sector Services Division has focused on organizational strategic assessments, rule of law program design, grant writing, research and analysis, and providing foreign policy insights to our government agency, NGO and International Organization clients.  When called upon, she also provides advice to private sector clients serviced by Lexpat’s Private Advisory Division.  To connect with Dianna or any of our Lexpat team members, email [email protected].
